Harborlight Community Partners’ experienced homebuyer counselors offer a course designed specifically to inform and help home buyers like you. With help of guest speaker industry experts including REALTORS®, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents, lawyers, credit counselors, and representatives from state agencies, this course gets you ready to move.
This course is offered by the partnership of Harborlight Community Partners and North Shore Association of Realtors. Harborlight Community Partners (HCP) is a non-profit, Massachusetts certified Community Development Corporation (CDC) with the capacity and sustainability to provide affordable housing across Southern Essex County. The North Shore Association of REALTORS® is a non-profit advocacy, support, and education resource for REALTORS® and the public. Both organizations are committed to advocating for and protecting homeownership rights and helping make it a reality for all who dream to be a homeowner.
Homebuyer counseling courses are held at the NSAR office in Beverly. Any post-course one-on-one counseling will be held at the HCP office in Beverly. Please note that class participants are under no obligation to use the homebuyer counselors or any guest speakers for their services.
