CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time home buyer course consisting of 2 consecutive Saturday classes. Course material covers the entire home buying process including budgeting, mortgages, down payment assistance, working with a Realtor & Lawyer and the home inspection. Instructors typically include a budgeting/credit professional, mortgage lender, lawyer, realtor and home inspector.
