CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time home buyer course via Zoom consisting of 4 weeknight webinars. The course material covers the entire home buying process including budgeting, mortgages, down payment assistance, working with a realtor & lawyer, and the home inspection. Instructors typically include a mortgage lender, lawyer and realtor.
You must participate in all 4 classes (July 14, 16, 21, 23) to earn your certificate. A certificate is awarded at the end of the course that is valid for 2 years.
