Learn about the responsibilities of becoming a multi-family property owner. You will get a realistic view about what owning a multi-family actually entails. The course is very comprehensive and is 4 hours. Many topics are covered such as:  Advertising, Tenant Screening & Selection, the Rental Application process, Security Deposits, Tenant At Will vs. Leases, Occupancy Permits, Dispute Resolution, Evictions, Discrimination, Lead Paint Compliance, Energy Conservation Programs, etc. You will gain an understanding of the steps and process involved from advertising the apartment to the eviction process. The course fee includes a CD which includes: Rental applications, leases, tenancy at will forms, Security Deposit, 14 and 30 day notice forms, Tenant Lead Law Notification, Statement of condition and many other helpful forms to get started on the right foot.
