Valley Community Development offers First Time Homebuyer Webinars every month. These Webinar are held over 3 evenings for a total of 9 hours of education.
During the webinars you will learn about the steps to homeownership from credit to closing and information for new homeowners too. You will hear from a housing counselor, local real estate professional, home inspector, mortgage banker and attorney about what to expect as you go through the process of preparing to purchase a home. This is a great opportunity to ask specific questions about your situation and get great tips to prepare yourself for each step in the homebuying process.
The cost is $50 a household/2ppl. Currently, these workshops are being held via Zoom Webinar and are held on weekday evenings 6:00 - 9:00 and are open to everyone, regardless of where you live or work. Registration is required.
We also offer Post-Purchase Webinars twice a year. Our next webinar will be scheduled in March of 2021, check back for more details.

This is a three part series and you must attend all three sessions to receive a certificate.
