This class only, West Springfield Residents can attend for FREE. Contact homeownership@wayfinders.org with a copy of a utility bill showing your West Springfield address and requesting free attendance.
Depending on your goals and readiness, we may recommend a First-Time Homebuyer Workshop, offered online and at various locations throughout the region. The course covers finding, financing, purchasing and maintaining a home. Participants receive a certificate of completion that is necessary to access several down payment assistance programs and special mortgage products.

Sign up and create your Free Way Finders' Homebuyer Profile today!
Step 1: All you have to do is sign up for an online account. An email will be sent to you to validate your account.
Step 2: Click on the validation link and create a secure password.
Step 3: Build your homebuyer profile by answering all the questions on the survey.
When you are done building your profile, you will receive an email from us, moving you on your journey.
