Franklin County Regional Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is partnering with Valley Community Development in offering a live Virtual First Time Homebuyer's Workshop! The successful completion of this program satisfies the education requirements to qualify you to apply for Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) and Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP-ONE) funds that may be available for you as a first time homebuyer.
February 5th, 7th & 12th at 6:00pm-9:00pm

Cost $50.00 per household, deadline to register is 8:30am February 4th 2024. Must attend all sessions to qualify for a certificate.
