Get the facts from professionals in Banking, Real Estate, Law, Insurance, and Home Inspection! This four-part, certified series helps you shop as an informed consumer. Income eligible borrowers can use their Certificates of Achievement to apply for special first-time homebuyer loans. These include MassHousing and One Mortgages and valuable First Time Homebuyer funds to reduce down payments and closing costs. To receive a certificate, participants must fully attend all four workshops in the series.
$50.00 (non-refundable) per household covers two adults living at the same address for all four sessions and includes all materials. (We're unable to accommodate children at our workshops - our apologies.)
