Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation training provides first-time homebuyers with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process, including an introduction to the mortgage process, understanding credit standards, conventional lending criteria and preparing for the loan closing. Learn everything you need to know about how to make an informed decision about owning your own home.
The interactive workshops involve detailed presentations from industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, home insurance agent, and a fair housing specialist. Upon completing the series of classes for a total of 8 hours of class time homebuyers will earn a certificate that gives access to specialized mortgage products, down payment assistance and other benefits and discounts.
Attendees are required to register for the series, complete registrations forms and must attend all classes to receive certificate. Via ZOOM
