- Information on preparing for the mortgage process
- First time homebuyer mortgages
- How to find a home
- The legal aspects of buying a home
- How to work with professionals during the homebuying process.
Graduates of this course are given a certificate that allows access to downpayment assistance, Mass Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage, MassHousing mortgages, HUD mortgages, home ownership lotteries, and lender first time homebuyer mortgages. The certificate is accepted statewide for first time homebuyer education.
