Graduates of this course are given a certificate that allows access to financial assistance programs, Mass Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage, MassHousing mortgages, HUD mortgages, homeownership lotteries, and lender first time homebuyer mortgages. The certificate is accepted statewide for first time homebuyer education.
