- Information on preparing for the mortgage process
- First time homebuyer mortgages
- How to find a home

- How to work with professionals during the homebuying process.
Graduates of this course are given a certificate that allows access to financial assistance programs, Mass Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage, MassHousing mortgages, HUD mortgages, home ownership lotteries, and lender first time homebuyer mortgages. The certificate is accepted statewide for first time homebuyer education. Allston Brighton CDC is a HUD Counseling Agency.
Each session will take place virtually over Zoom.
