This class is CHAPA certified. Our speakers are experts in their field, topics include: Credit and Budgeting; Mortgage Finance Options; Realtor-choosing a home; Attorney-Purchase and Sales Agreement; Home Inspection and Property Insurance.
Classes: Saturday January 12th and 19th 9:00am-1:15pm. Both classes must be attended in its entirety to have a City of Boston 1st Time Homebuyer’s Certificate issue in your name. The certificate can be used throughout MA and is valid for 3 years. Certificates are kept on file and release to you at the start of your home buying process.
