Community Service Network, Inc. and Winchester Savings Bank will be hosting a Pre-Purchase First Time Homebuyer Course. The course will be held at the bank in the
Winchester Community Room located at 661 Main Street, Winchester, MA 01890
The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays – July 23, 2018; July 25, 2018; July 30, 2018, and August 1, 2018.
Winchester Savings Bank will be serving a light supper each evening.
ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE PRE-REGISTERED by noon on Friday, July 20, 2018 MAY ATTEND THESE CLASSES.
(class registration may close prior to the date listed above if class is full.)
Each of the four sessions will be held from 6:00 PM sharp to 9:30 PM.
This course is designed to help you learn about obtaining a mortgage, your credit, preparing for your down payment, getting ready to buy a house, working with your team of professionals, how to find “YOUR” house and how to find the best deal for you. This course includes multifamily landlord-tenant education.
Cost of the class is $50.00 individual or co-residing couple (household) taking the course together; which may be paid online at www.csninc.org/events or by check mailed to CSN (52 Broadway, Stoneham, MA 02180) prior to the registration deadline.
Upon completion of the four sessions, attendees will be awarded Pre-Purchase First Time Home buyer certificates, (valid 1 year from completion- able to be renewed once within two years of original course date) you must attend all four sessions and complete the required assignments to receive a certificate.
CSN is not able to issue refunds if you are unable to attend.
