ACDC offers HB101 classes in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese. Each session is a 9-hour class of a two-day weekend. Saturday classes are from 9:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday classes are from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Graduates receive a certificate of completion which qualifies them for first-time homebuyer programs in Massachusetts.
ACDC is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. Our homebuyer education and counseling services meet the criteria established by the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative. ACDC's HB101 is CHAPA certified.
