The mission of Housing Assistance Corporation is to develop sustainable and affordable housing, revitalize neighborhoods and communities, and promote self-sufficiency through employment, training and education.

► Help participants analyze their financial ability to meet mortgage requirements;
► discuss affordable housing opportunities;
► provide information regarding first-time homebuyer programs available;
► Certificates are good for two years.
HAC received the Homeownership Collaborative Seal of Approval for Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education and Counseling Services.
Our unbiased staff as well as our unbiased, expert guest speakers educate and counsel prospective homebuyers to make informed, voluntary decisions regarding the home buying process. These subject matter experts work in our Cape Cod community and include lenders, real estate professionals, and attorneys, registered home inspectors and licensed insurance agencies.
