About the Presenters: 

Amy Stitely is the Director of the Bureau of Public Housing Development and Construction at Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). In this position, she manages a $90M annual capital program. Formerly the Director of Policy and Program Development, Amy continues to play a role in implementing new initiatives related to tenant selection, resident services, and regional innovation. Amy holds a Masters in City Planning degree from MIT and a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland.

A graduate of Boston College and BC Law, Paul McPartland had a brief career as a legal services attorney focused on housing issues.  In his 32 years at DHCD, he has worked first to build new units, but more recently to preserve and enhance the Commonwealth’s 45,000 unit state public housing portfolio.  Paul is currently working on a variety of programs that seek to preserve the state public housing program for the next generation.
