Join us for the next meeting of CHAPA's Production & Preservation Committee!

At the meeting, we will host a discussion with Kate Racer, Associate Director, from the Department of Housing and Community Development.

Kate and Roberta will speak about income averaging of LIHTC financed projects, upcoming plans for the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), and the capital budget for affordable housing.
