Join us for the next meeting of CHAPA's Production & Preservation Committee!

At the meeting, we will host a discussion on new proposed housing policies, include real estate transfer fees to dedicate funding for affordable housing, raising the real estate excise tax to fund climate resiliency, and creating a tenant right of first refusal.

We will also provide other legislative and budget updates.
