Making the Case for Local ARPA Funds

Join the CHAPA Municipal Engagement Initiative and Policy teams for a special Making the Case virtual session on funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and how it could be used for housing at the local level. We will discuss eligible uses, such as for affordable housing production, homeownership, non-congregate shelter acquisition, public housing, and supportive housing. Then we will spend time discussing what you are proposing at the local level, how you are making your case, and what we can all be doing to ensure significant resources are made available for housing.
