CHAPA Production & Preservation Committee Meeting

We will host Kate Racer from the Department of Housing and Community Development to discuss proposed changes to the FY2018 Qualified Allocation Plan.  We will also have Paul McMorrow from MassHousing discuss a new initiative to change how cities and towns interact with Chapter 40B housing.
