Affordable Housing Training 101

The CHAPA Municipal Engagement Initiative Team is excited to be offering virtual Affordable Housing 101 sessions!

Topics include:

• Affordable Housing Trust Fund
• Inclusionary Zoning
• Community Preservation Act
• Tenant Opportunity to Purchase programs
• Using federal and state funds
• Housing Production timeline
• Debunking housing myths
• Systemic racism and housing inequities

Sessions are geared towards local residents who are new to housing advocacy. Sessions will be offered monthly on the third Tuesday of each month, 6:30-8:00 PM. Upcoming sessions are on April 20th and May 18th.
