Her clients include non-profits, quasi-public agencies and for-profit developers in transactions typically including multiple sources of financing. She regularly assists clients regarding issues of title to real estate, environmental issues and land use compliance for developed and undeveloped land. She also counsels economic development entities in the acquisition and divestiture of assets and also represents borrowers in loan transactions involving the issuance of tax exempt bonds, tax credits and public financing.
