Free and Confidential Homeowner Services Offered by Local Non-Profit!
Nuestra CDC is offering free Homebuyer Education Workshops that teach potential homeowners the basics of buying a home by bringing in speakers from banks, real estate agencies, and similar institutions. Graduates of the class earn the Homebuying 101 Certificate that can help eligible applicants access both more affordable loan products and City assistance with down payment and closing costs.  Nuestra also offers free confidential foreclosure intervention counseling services to Boston residents who are being threatened with foreclosure. Our counselors have had great success working with clients to lower their monthly mortgage payments and help them stay in their houses.
