Sponsored jointly by Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), the 495/MetroWest Corridor Partnership Inc. and the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts, home@last is an initiative whose purpose is to increase the production of high quality affordable housing in the communities of the 495/MetroWest region of Massachusetts and to help the residents of these communities better understand the benefits that affordable housing brings to their towns and the region as a whole.
