The Cape Cod Commission, in association with Massachusetts Citizen Planner Training Collaborative (CPTC) and Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), is pleased to host this 40B workshop for zoning and planning board members, local officials, municipal staff, affordable housing developers, housing advocates, and interested citizens. This workshop will provide the most up-todate information on 40B and how your community can work with the comprehensive permit process.
