Equity has developed residential real estate
for 12 years.1997 recipient of the "Excellence in Affordable
Housing Award" from the Massachusetts Housing Investment
Corp. (MHIC) The award was for a turnkey development for the Cambridge
Housing Authority. Equity will do turnkey developments including
all phases of site acquisition, financing, design and construction.
Equity can provide development consultant services including project
feasibility analysis, funding proposal preparation and design
and construction supervision/management. Equity's principal, Richard
Williams, was a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc.
prior to founding Equity. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business
School and the University of Pennsylvania.
