| Agency Description | The Housing Services Company provides a broad range of services to the housing community. THSC has provided services to private and non-profit development and management organizations, as well as public entities. Services have included, proposal preparation, market surveys, marketing plans and services, management evaluation, management plans, affirmative action plans and programs, employee and resident training, 504 and 214 surveys, non-discrimination training, rent increase preparation, and interim management services. THSC now also offers outsourcing of TRACS submissions, recertification and other services. THSC undertakes marketing, tenant selection, and planning of special needs housing. THSC does direct management of special needs housing, and provides interim management services as needed. |
