We also provide 'standard' on-site representation services for owners, engineers and architects. We have been at the forefront of providing owner's and and engineers with unique insights in the development of Construction Drawings through project close-out and commissioning. Cliff Ageloff is the only CHAPA consultant who is an Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager(CEM) who can provide qualified evaluations of 'shared savings' and 'performance contracting' programs as well as a hard-nosed analysis of energy-related projects and programs. MA Construction Supervisor since 1985, we have been approved for the provision of on-site 'clerk of the works' services by DHCD and have a successful track record of representing A/E and owner's interests in the completion of projects.
