Prepared by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute for CHAPA and MHP, this report takes a comprehensive look at the 2000 Census housing data and finds that the housing market in Massachusetts has created clear winners and losers. It finds that many people have been left behind in the market, including very poor and low-income families and young middle-income families just starting out.
