This includes: funding for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund; improvements to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program; regulatory reform of the financial services industry; preservation of multifamily rental housing; reform of the Section 8 Voucher Program; improvements to the Section 202 and 811 Programs; foreclosure assistance; the future of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; appropriations for core HUD programs; and much more.
